20 Minutes Pepper Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients

2l bs pre-cooked frozen meatballs
12 oz can beer of your choice
18 oz BBQ sauce
8 oz peppered jelly
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan or dutch oven.
  2. Bring to medium-high heat. Let cook for 2-4 minutes.
  3. Once the sauce begins to boil, reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Let cook for 15 minutes or until sauce has darkened & reduced.
  5. Remove & Serve!

Baked Holiday Dip

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuits
extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing biscuits
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup ricotta
3/4 cup frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Halve biscuits and flatten each one out, then roll into a ball and place in an ovenproof skillet or  (Cast Iron Skillet) seam side down. Arrange in a ring around the skillet. Brush biscuits with olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, 2 cups of parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper mix until combined.
  3. Spoon dip into center of skillet.
  4. Bake until warmed through, bubbly, and golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.

Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz goat cheese
4 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup roughly chopped dried cranberries
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup thinly sliced chives

Ingredients for Coating

1/2 cup thinly sliced chives
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
30 pretzel sticks

Directions

  1. Combine the  first set of ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until combined.
  2. Use a small scoop to scoop out small balls.
  3. Roll into a ball using your hands.
  4. Place chives, pecans, and cranberries into separate, shallow bowls.
  5. Roll the cheese balls into your desired coating and spear with a pretzel stick.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with assorted crackers and pretzels.
