MEET CHEF JOCELYN
My passion for baking started with my grandmother who showed me that baking is kindness and love. Think about it, every happy moment in life comes with dessert: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays. I love being a part of my customer’s celebrations, happy moments, and being part of the reason behind their smile. It’s why I do what I do.
My recipes have been cultivated through those marathon baking sessions with my grandmother and clients that allow me to be creative. My company is built on a solid foundation that starts with my education at Le Cordon Bleu where I graduated as an honors student. I’ve been blessed with being able to work with major companies like Disney World and high-end catering companies, but my heart is in the personal touch.
I enjoy working with people one-on-one to build memorable experiences through taste.
